Q : If a transplant operation is acceped through China International Transplantation Network Assistant Center, what is the procedure for setting up the operation?
A : First of all , you need to send us the patient's medical information .According to medical information , we can confirm if you will be able to undergo the operation without complications.If you can undergo the operation , you will need to fill in the request form for the transplantation .
When you want to apply for organ , you should make a payment US$5,000 to our appointed account .Once we confirm the money has been deposited in our account , we can put forward a formal organ application . It may take only one week to find out the suitable donor, the maximum time being one month because the kidney transplant needs to find a HLA tissue match . We will send the information about the organ donor to you one week before the operation( We may inform you to come to China at once ,so please prepare to come out at any time) . If conditions allow, please come to China ahead of time . In this case, payments can be made after reaching China .
Q : What are essential goods going China?
A : 1) Passport (The passport must be valid for six months.)
2) Visa (A tourist visas of 60 days is OK .In an emergency:for example,if a donor can be found before the time we have booked for , you can apply to sign a 15 day exemption and postpone after the specified date .)
3)Ticket please buy a ticket which is valid for more than 60 days and has a return date which can be altered if necessary.
